If for any reason you are not happy with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our London warehouse.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to the address specified in your authorization email.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
